"CASA RIETJE"

We are Henry & Marieke and proud owners of "Casa Rietje" since 2021. Our house was built in 2010 but it has recently undergone a renovation whereby the pool deck has been enlarged and equipped with an outdoor shower and a shady dining area.

The house is surrounded by a nice garden with lots of greenery, palm trees and flowers where many different birds have their home.

Because all windows are equipped with shutters and the house is perfectly built on the wind, you also have that wonderful Caribbean breeze inside.

There is sufficient parking space at the front so that you can move in with a maximum of 6 people.

Content of the house

The entire house is on the ground floor with;

2x a 2-person bedroom with box spring beds (180x200), air conditioning, closet and storage space. These rooms are located at the front of the house and share a bathroom with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower with hot & cold water.
1x a 2-person bedroom (master) with box spring beds (180x200), air conditioning, closet and storage space. This room is located at the rear of the house, so with a sea view from your bed! This room has an en-suite bathroom with toilet, double sink and walk-in shower with hot & cold water.
through the sliding doors that can be completely opened, you reach the porche/sun terrace (100m2) with private swimming pool (6x4), outdoor shower, 4 sunbeds and parasols. There is also a dining table for 6 people, a BBQ and a separate terrace.
the open living room is fully equipped; Smart TV with soundbar, ceiling fan, Bose box with mobile connection (Iphone), lounge sofa, china cabinet and a bookcase with various games.
The open kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combi oven, coffee maker (filter) and a Dolce Gusto, as well as a kettle and blender. Other kitchen appliances can be found in the china cabinet. The dining table offers space for 4 people and can also be used as a workspot.
at the front of the house is another terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful garden out of sight of the quiet street.
the laundry room is located at the carport with washing machine, drying rack and ironing facilities.
